Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. To cancel, email us at Info@reddragonminiatures.com with your order number.

Once you've told us you're cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing evidence you've sent it, if earlier).

Condition of returned items

To receive a full refund, miniatures must be returned unused, unassembled, unpainted, and in their original packaging — the same condition you received them in. We may make a deduction if the item's value has been reduced by handling beyond what's needed to check it (for example, an assembled, glued, or painted miniature can't be resold, so we may deduct accordingly). This applies whether the item was full price or on sale — there's no exclusion for sale items.

How to return an item

Email us at Info@reddragonminiatures.com with your order number to let us know you're returning an item, and we'll reply with the return address. You're responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong item. For orders over £50, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service — we can't guarantee we'll receive an untracked return.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or miscast, contact us at Info@reddragonminiatures.com before returning it — we'll confirm the return address, cover return postage, and either replace it or issue a full refund, your choice.
